Accepted payment methods
VISA
Please make sure to check out if you need a VISA to enter Italy. Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent after completing the registration process. Please follow the instructions in the registration system.

Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation the following fees will be deducted before any refund is made.
- Cancellation until September 1st 2018: 20% penalties
- Cancellation from September 2nd up to September 14th 2018: 50% penalties
- Cancellation on and after September 15th 2018: 100% penalties
Hotel accomodation
The secretariat has reserved an appropriate number of rooms in the following hotels for the conference period.
For booking, please contact the chosen hotel by referring to DSAA 2018.
Due to the high concentration of Congress activities planned in Turin for the month of October, it is advisable to book the rooms well in advance.
Reservations will be subject to the hotels availability and are confirmed solely by the hotel at the time of each request.
